My Luquitas started PreK on September 11, 2018 and he was so excited to start school. No one cried but I did miss him dearly. I've seen such a great progress and he truly enjoys going to school. Can't believe how fast they do grow!!
We are almost there, 37 weeks and hopefully this little one decides to join us sooner than later. I had my appointment and I was told I'm 4cm dilated to expect baby anytime, but I just turned 38 weeks and NADA! So I'm just letting nature takes it course and see what happens. But I'm not going to lie - I'm 1000% ready for him to come out. The discomfort and pain this pregnancy has brought has been a bit different than my first time. So I can safely say we are ready :)
Also - thank yo to my sweet Lucas for taking the 2nd picture, he did so good!
About a month ago I decided to go ahead and start packing our hospital bags. Since this is my second time around I decided to keep the packing as simple as possible. We are fortunate enough that the hospital is about 5 minutes away from the house, so if we need anything the hubs can just take a quick drive to our place and grab whatever we might need. Ive attached the checklist I used and the items are linked for your reference.
Diaper Bag - I decided to go a bit more "fun" this time so the hubs bought me a Michael Kors bag which I can wear sideways (I love it) But I also have a backpack from Petunia Pickle Bottom that is just as convenient and fashionable

Pj's - I'm taking two sets of pj's & let me tell you they are SO SO SOFT!
We decided to take a mini trip to California so we could go to the beach, Disneyland and visit our family and friends. We wanted to do something with Lucas before the little one gets here, have that quality time with him and it was the greatest.
This delicious and easy snack has to be one of my favorites. I got the recipe from Pinterest (which never fails to amaze me)
Put everything together on one side of the tortilla, you can use the comal or a pan to cook it. Let it warm up for a bit until chocolate melts and VIOLA you got yourself an awesome fast and yummy snack for your little ones as well as yourself ;)
I'm a big advocate of treating yourself with amazing products, specially those that are 100% natural and will make your skin feel ten times better.
